Trans-Sped is one of Hungary’s largest Hungarian-owned innovative logistics companies providing comprehensive services. According to the agreement between the parties, from 1 October 2021 Trans-Sped, as a strategic investor, will manage the warehousing, customs administration, freight forwarding and transportation activities performed at EURO-LOG Kft., by combining the outstanding professional experience of the two companies.
It is important for the management of both companies that the transition is quick and smooth, and that the new structure is mutually beneficial. During the acquisition, Trans-Sped will fully integrate the warehousing logistics, freight forwarding and transportation businesses into its own operating system, while not changing the relationship between the partners and employees, making the transition seamless for all participants.
The activities of EURO-LOG Kft. will be fully integrated into Trans-Sped’s operation as of 1 January 2022, within the framework of the sale and purchase of the business line. Until that date, EURO-LOG Kft. will continue to serve customers as an independent business company.
