The Trans-Sped Group, in its logistics and industrial park management activities, utilizes the following equipment-related services from external suppliers and subcontractors:

• material handling equipment, lifts: forklifts, bale grabbers, hoists – procurement and maintenance
• road and rail freight transport equipment, infrastructure: vehicles, rail infrastructure, spare parts, fuels – procurement, repair, servicing, maintenance
• production logistics equipment: high-value equipment necessary for the activities of the Tiszaújváros polymer logistics division – maintenance, repair
• telecommunications, IT: computers, printers, fax machines, scanners, landline and mobile phones – procurement, repair, operation
• office equipment
• measuring devices: measurement devices used in logistics services, tachographs – procurement, calibration, certification
• industrial park and logistics service center infrastructure
• other logistics service subcontractors: for services that cannot be carried out with our own capacity or for periodic services
• selection of own employees: selection of employees necessary for the complete execution of tasks assigned by clients
• transport and freight forwarding subcontractors

Freight and transport subcontractors

The Trans-Sped Group is currently seeking curtain-sided and refrigerated subcontractors with 40-ton truck-trailer combinations.

Trans-Sped employs its subcontractors under a commission-based contractual relationship. Our partners may be contracted for individual assignments, while our regular subcontractors have their vehicles working continuously for Trans-Sped under the coordination of our transport planners.

Each regular subcontractor is assigned to a dedicated transport planner who provides them with specific tasks and supports the successful execution of their duties. The engagement of subcontractor vehicles is continuous, just like the operation of Trans-Sped’s own fleet.

Who can become a freight or transport subcontractor for Trans-Sped?

Any individual or business entity that possesses a properly equipped vehicle in good technical and aesthetic condition, along with all necessary licenses and permits required for transport operations.

Required documents:

• valid operating license
• community license 
• BÁF/CMR insurance policy and proof of premium payment
• vehicle registration certificate for both the truck and trailer
• two reliable references from previous partners

What additional steps are required for a subcontractor to join the Trans-Sped network?

In addition to the documents listed previously, the subcontractor must also complete a "Company Information Form".

Based on the data provided in this form, the subcontractor is registered into our partner database as an official subcontracting partner.

How is payment handled for transportation and freight subcontractors?

Trans-Sped settles the freight invoices issued for completed assignments within 30 days after performance for domestic transport tasks, in compliance with the relevant Road Freight Transport Contracts regulation (KÁSZ), and within 60 days for international transport assignments. Payment is subject to the condition that the invoice has been issued in accordance with the terms specified in the assignment and that all required attachments and documents have been properly submitted.

Evaluation of transport and freight subcontractors

Our partners are evaluated based on the following criteria:

• delivery punctuality and discipline
• compliance with the agreed transportation fee
• behavior of the driver
• occurrence of any quality-related complaints during the assignment
• if any complaints occurred, the willingness and ability to resolve them
