WHAT HAPPENS TO THE EMPLOYEES DURING THE OUTSOURCING PROCESS?
During the outsourcing of production logistics, there is no need for mass layoffs. Trans-Sped's production logistics services are provided by the same employees who worked previously, but now within the service provider's organization. During the outsourcing process, we take over the client's employees, assess them, and those who meet Trans-Sped's service-oriented criteria will be re-trained and continue to be employed.
It is crucial that employees transitioning to Trans-Sped experience as few difficulties as possible with the change of employer. For Trans-Sped, not only professional training but also team building is important. Our goal is for the employees joining us to successfully integrate into the company and feel at home. That’s why, during the reorganization process, we pay great attention to HR tasks as well.
WE ONLY BRING LOGISTICS KNOW-HOW INTO THE FACTORY
Production continues at the same location after outsourcing, using the client's equipment, with only the status and qualifications of the operating personnel changing. The use of equipment, warehouses, changing rooms, and all other infrastructure is guaranteed within clearly defined contractual frameworks.
We provide the necessary equipment for logistics, including forklifts and vehicles. During the integration process, Trans-Sped's experts not only retrain the workforce but also assess and thoroughly understand the client's company to ensure that the services provided by Trans-Sped seamlessly fit into the client's operational ecosystem.
After the commencement of the joint work, a testing phase will follow. The practical experience gained here and the changes that arise will finalize the cooperation between the client and Trans-Sped. With our logistics expertise-based service, we make daily operations more efficient, and in the 3-5 year horizon, we can implement innovations and professional developments that will guarantee further efficiency improvements for the client's company.
