AIR FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICES
Express cargo and hand carry service
The timely delivery of goods requiring extraordinary urgency, such as life-saving medicine or production line shipment. The goods are forwarded in as little time as 2 or 3 days to any of the world’s international airports or their destinations.
Normal, less time sensitive air cargo
A favourable rate is possible with a longer delivery time.
Shipping goods requiring special handling
Forwarding museum pieces, works of art, and valuable goods with armed escort and continuous supervision. Forwarding perishable goods, foodstuffs, and temperature controlled goods following the required conditions.
Forwarding oversized goods
Organizing the transportation of goods with special aircraft requirements on the account of their sizes, if necessary by using air charter service.

SEA FREIGHT FORWARDING
Freight forwarding by sea is the most commonly used transportation method for shipping goods overseas. It is characterized by a high volume capacity and favourable shipping costs depending on the location, with a delivery time of 1-2 months.

The transportation coordinators are located within the Cargo building of Terminal 1 at the Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport and are available 24/7 for the clients. As the Hungarian representative of ATLAS Network, Trans-Sped has contracted partner offices at all the major ports and airports of the world. The reliable, comprehensive and cost-efficient service background allows the forwarding of any type of goods from anywhere in the world to the desired destination, be it overweight, oversized, dangerous, refrigerated and time guaranteed goods, or any custom combination of the abovementioned.
Trans-Sped Group’s full scale customs management includes container forwarding carried out in Hungary or in any other entry points of the EU. The dedicated contact persons provide continuous update to the clients on FTL, LTL as well as groupage cargo. More than 1000 complete containers and 800 units of groupage freight with a total weight of 1200 tons are being shipped and delivered on sea under the supervision of Trans-Sped Group every year.
SEA FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICES
FCL - forwarding full container load freight
Normal containers
Suitable for transporting general goods not requiring special handling. Our service includes containers in both sizes 20’ and 40’.
Refrigerated containers
For transporting goods requiring refrigeration, such as medicine and foodstuffs (reefer containers).
Special containers
For solving the transportation needs of goods with special size, shape, or weight (open top, flat rack).
Transporting project goods
Managing big volume goods connected to a given project requiring special handling and transportation. Providing packaging, documentation, loading, and fastening on request. Obtaining the special licences and vehicles required for road transport.
LCL - forwarding less than container load groupage freight
We use it in case of goods of lesser size and volume, where the cargo would not fill the whole container. In a situation like this the best solution to save money is groupage freight: groupage containers are being shipped weekly from every major port of the world, cargos are forwarded from Hamburg and Koper every week to all the ports of the world. A door-to-door groupage freight service is available as well. It is suitable for general goods not requiring special handling.
Rail transportation from China
The combined rail transportation of goods is a relatively new service on the market, which aims to decrease the long transit time of sea and the high prices of air freight forwarding. The goods are delivered in about 20 days after leaving the departure station in China as opposed to the 1-2 month shipping time on sea.

Rail transport

Rail transport services
Conventional, wagonload
Conventional transport means that the goods arrive at their destination in several trains, with multiple shunting, in conventional wagons adapted to the nature of the goods.
Intermodal, combined
Intermodal traffic is carried out by means of one-way trains. The consignments are delivered in containers, swap bodies and crane semi-trailers.
Individual consignments
Delivered in a single rail wagon connected to a train system.
Group of wagons
Several railway wagons are forwarded at the same time and are connected to a train system.
Closed train
A regular scheduled train service. The goods are transported in a single unit between the point of departure and the destination without being split up, with no wagon ordering en route.
